Why Blog?

My YouTube channel has been a great asset for people, so why not blog as well? I have received many messages from people who do not understand English, so this will make translation much simpler. Others prefer reading as opposed to watching videos. I hope to engage people more through writing. It is much more efficient to read when searching for answers to questions, rather than scroll through a video.
I want to talk about all of the issues one might face when dealing with dentures, so as to provide easy access of information. I hope this blog serves as a resource for those who really need it.

Bad dentists shouldn’t give good dentists a bad name….

Wednesday, January 29th, 2014 at 5:35 am

So, this isn’t going to be a very structured post or anything. No fun photos or clever one-liners or anything like that. This is just a totally random, spur-of-the-moment observation of mine. This happens often. We are very, very vocal when our dentist gets it wrong. Face it, teeth are a sensitive issue on all […]

Before Dentures: Ugly Duckling Syndrome

Saturday, January 25th, 2014 at 9:54 pm

I want people to fully understand the transformation I went through when I received my dentures.  Before dentures, I lacked confidence and self-esteem in regards to my physical appearance. Do I regret getting dentures?

Friday, January 24th, 2014 at 6:30 pm

The answer is: Absolutely not.  This is such an open ended question that it’s hard to even put my thoughts in order. But here goes. I regret that I didn’t have better dental care as a child. I regret that my parents didn’t literally stand over me and make me brush my teeth. I regret […]

Dating With Dentures

Wednesday, November 13th, 2013 at 3:11 am

A common concern among many denture wearers is: How will my dentures affect my dating life? This is a legitimate concern. I mean, the real-estate that your dentures take up happens to be in a pretty intimate location.  Smiling, laughing, talking, kissing, more talking, more smiling, more laughing, repeat—no wonder there is so much anxiety […]
